Turner Classic Tuesday — November 3-9, 2015

Each Tuesday Hunter highlights the best classic films airing in the coming week on TCM.

Bette Davis makes everything better…but so does a blood-sucking space monster. Read on to see what I mean!

THIS WEEK’S PICKS

<strong>Wednesday, November 4</strong>
I’ve never seen In This Our Life (or have forgotten it if I have), but it is directed by John Huston, the manliest of all directors, and stars Bette Davis, one of the strongest of all screen starlets. So that right there should peak your interest, though honestly, behind-the-scenes would’ve inevitably been more entertaining.
<strong>Thursday, November 5</strong>
Bette and Bogie make everything better! The Petrified Forest finds Bette Davis held hostage in an isolated desert cantina by Humphrey Bogart, in a role that put him on directors’ radar.
<strong>Friday, November 6</strong>
$h!t gets real in It! The Terror From Beyond Space when a blood-sucking, space monster vampire asshole stalks the crew of a U.S. spaceship. Hard to believe that 20 short years later this same premise would become Alien.

If you catch one of Hunter’s TCT picks share your thought with us on Twitter or Facebook!
