Turner Classic Tuesday — March 15-21, 2016

Each Tuesday Hunter highlights the best classic films airing in the coming week on TCM.

Erin go bragh! Monsters and marriage are the themes of this week’s lineup.

THIS WEEK’S PICKS

<strong>Wednesday, March 16</strong>
Charlie Chaplin pulls double-duty as a Jewish barber and Adenoid Hynkel, a stand-in for Adolf Hitler, in The Great Dictator. Quintuple duty, actually, as he wrote, directed, and produced it as well.
<strong>Saturday, March 19</strong>
Personal “War Crime” admission – I’ve never seen The Giant Behemoth. I hope to correct that soon.
<strong>Sunday, Month 20</strong>
Ingmar Bergman’s epic-length meditation on marriage, Scenes From A Marriage, began its life as a multi-part mini-series. Here you can see it culled down to a slightly more manageable 3 hours.

If you catch one of Hunter’s TCT picks share your thought with us on Twitter or Facebook!
